If you have a business with kites for kids, we are fine with that. This way everyone will have a choice of what type of help they need.

The Purpose of the page is to connect

those people who need help making kids

kites, with those people who know how to

make kids kites.

 

In doing this, it is not the WKA's intention to

imply that any of these people are free.

 

Some of these folks make their living

doing this.  Some of them will be free.  All
